You must have created a User name at some point. I don't want to post the work-around on an open forum. I will personal mail you Monday as I need to look up a couple of things. What is the software version?

Hello curtis, I have version 2.2. I would like to download the most recent one that is compatible for both the Dsi 700 and the Rp 388, but I see that the download is not available on the page.

Also, version 2.2 was the last to support the DSI700.

And Workstation Ver.2.2 only worked up to Windows 98.
