Hello, I have a Huntron Tracker 200 and I've been using it for a long time.

I had solved previous issues related with the relays, Transistor and resistors but now the problem can't be resolved that easily. It seems like there is a problem with the calibration mainly in the Low2 frequency. The line on the oscilloscope is not vertical when you touch the two tips of the Microprobes. It seems to have a slight angle distortion. I believe that the problem may be from the T101 Signal XFMR with reference 06-6080, but I'm not sure. Because of that distortion it's hard to get accurate readings.

So I would like to know if you have any idea of what may be the problem and if it is possible to the the schematics.

Can you post a picture of  the bad signature?

The Tracker 200 (aka TR210) schematics are linked in this thread:

Thank you very much for the scheme.

I'm sending you a video where you can see the problem. In the video I'm touching the two tips of the Microprobes.

I've already replaced the R143 and R167 of 73.2 ohm (73R2) and the relay K101, but the issue still happens.

The LOW2 range will be the most sensitive to small resistive changes in the circuit. If you didn't use 1% resistors then you could see a slight change in angle. After looking at the video I think the amount of angle change is insignificant enough when it comes to general use. However, there is a test procedure that I have posted. You can download it here:

Thank you for the test procedure.

I've replaced the resistors with 1% tolerance and even some of them we used with 0.1%. We noticed the problem started when the transformer T101 (Signal XFMR 06-6080) was rebuilt.

Is it possible to buy a new one? If it's not possible, could we get the transformer scheme in order to build a new one.

The signal transformer is no longer made and we have zero in stock. Unfortunately the drawings are not available. If the LOW2 range is only showing a slight angle change from vertical then it should still be usable.
Thanks.
